Euclid Townhouse

The clients’ plain and boxy 1990s condo had seen better days. When the time came to remodel, they wanted a serious aesthetic upgrade as well as careful use of space in this 1,300 sf three-bedroom, three-bathroom. We opened up the kitchen, expanding a pantry and coffee bar into what was previously an awkward dining nook, and clad each of the three bathrooms with Fireclay Tile in complimentary colors. All the spaces are fresh, more practical and imbued with a unique and playful vibe.
